Can I sign up right now?

Customers can create an account. Service businesses are onboarded by hand during the pilot — submit an application and we will contact you.

Are payments live?

Not yet. Payments run through a simulated provider until a live payment provider is connected with real credentials. Nothing is ever marked paid unless a payment provider confirmed it or an authorised person recorded it manually.

Is business information verified?

Insurance, licences and credentials are shown as provided by the business, labelled verification pending, until a real verification process exists. We do not imply checks we have not done.

Does the assistant contact my customers?

No. During the pilot the assistant can draft and suggest, but a person must approve before anything is sent, and before any date, price, invoice or customer record changes.

Who can see my property access notes?

Only the business you asked to do the work, and only the people assigned to it. No other business on the platform can see your records.

How do I get support?
